How to Purchase:
Products can be purchased by visiting my showroom located in St. Catharines, visiting me at markets/festivals where I accept cash, cheques or credit, OR by placing an order online using PayPal. Orders can also be placed by using email or via the telephone (905-688-4113 or email@example.com )
To order by using email or fax:
1. On each order form please provide your name, address, contact name and phone number.
2. On each order form please include item code and quantity. Also colour and size if applicable.

Shipping & Handling:
There is a $10 shipping charge for most orders within Canada. Weight and size of the package determines the cost of shipping and can only be determined once the order is finalized. Products can also be shipped by Canada Post Priority, UPS and Fedex at an additional charge.
Can also ship internationally. Please check the courier's website for approximate shipping cost. Custom border fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure you are aware of all border fees before placing the order.
Exchange & Credit:
Exchange or credit will be issued to merchandise that has visible manufacture defect and is reported in writing within 14 business days of receiving the order. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging to receive replacement or credit. All other returns will not be accepted or be accepted with a 10% restock fee.

~ Orders outside of Niagara Region, a $10 shipping charge is required
